WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • System Inspection: General inspection of the unit, visual check for refrigerant leaks, and assessment of overall system condition.

  • Electrical Components: Tighten electrical connections, check motor amperage, and test capacitors and contactors.

  • Drainage System: Inspect condensate drain line and pan.

  • Airflow & Filters: Check cleanliness of air filter.

  • Performance Testing: Measure temperature differential (split) between supply and return air — targeting about 20°F.

  • Thermostat: Verify thermostat communicates accurately with the unit in cool and fan-only modes.

  • Refrigerant Levels: Check for proper refrigerant charge.

  • Safety Features: Inspect safety switches and controls.

  • System Operation: Cycle the system on and off to verify proper functionality.

  • Visual Inspection: Look for signs of rust, corrosion, or damaged components.

Residential single-family dwelling only. After the one-hour inspection, technician will share findings and recommendations. Continued service after the 1st hour billed at regular rates. Material, coil cleaning, refrigerant, and comprehensive drain clearing are not included. No drive-time charge within our 25-mile radius. Outside 25 miles, the 1-hour cool check still applies; drive time billed at regular rates plus $0.65/mile.
